This required packet allows me, your coach, to find out who you are and who you want to become. It contains a welcome message, what I can expect from you, what you can expect from me, an agreement and a signiture page.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
This agreement is ongoing subject to the following: Should the client or coach deem that the coaching relationship is not resulting in progress being made towards the goals outlined, or if either party feels that the relationship is not a healthy one after 2 sessions, (or at any time after that, with 24 hours’ notice,) either party may cancel the agreement without recourse, other than for any fees already agreed upon for services previously rendered. Cancellations must be both in writing (paper or email) and must be cancelled through the payment section of the website by the client. Any partial refunds will be executed within 7-10 business days.
